Really good Stay Near Stuttgart Airport

The staff greeted me warmly and were fluent in English. The Christmas tree in the lobby was fine. My room offered a slightly humorous design (one could see the other person showering, if so inclined!). I especially appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport.
I needed to ask multiple times for basic amenities. I requested water, a duvet, tea, and shower gel, but these items were not delivered promptly. I contacted reception several times about this.
